Rentping is an apartment marketing agency that serves property management companies. We've averaged 45% annual sales growth and need to add high-capacity, customer-service oriented individuals to our growing team.  

In this role you would develop deep client relationships, advise clients on apartment marketing, and maintain their online marketing strategies.

Expectations

Have experience - For this role we require a track record of success in customer service and/or portfolio management. 8+ years of prior portfolio management or 15+ years of customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Develop relationships with higher-ups - Senior Account Managers will manage a book of clients and primarily interact with Owners, C-Suite level employees, Executive, and Directors.

Be calm under pressure - A successful Senior Account Manager is confident under pressure and comfortable handling conflict.

Solve problems - Every client's needs are different. You'll navigate challenging situations and find solutions that make our clients look good and get results. 

Be a team player - You will work as part of a team to monitor and adjust client marketing strategies.

Juggle priorities - Our work is time-sensitive. You'll work quickly to manage many (often unpredictable) scenarios that require immediate action. 

See the country - This job requires an average of 3 nights of travel per month. You will find yourself in many different cities with a lot of Southwest Rapid Rewards Points.
